Tony Davies Films is a trading name of Pepperbox Design Ltd.

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on [Date signed below], between [Tony Davies Films], (“Photographer) and (“Client” name signed below), collectively referred to as “Parties.”

Agreement
The Parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract for wedding photography, videography and content creation services, as defined below.

Services to Be Provided

Tony Davies Films agrees to provide the following services:

Photography: Full-day coverage from preparations to a few songs after the first dance, including 500+ high-resolution edited images, venue drone shots, downloadable online gallery, and full personal use and printing rights.

Videography: 6-7 minute highlights film. Full ceremony and speeches.

Content Creation: Real-time or near-real-time creation and sharing of select photos and/or video clips suitable for social media platforms. This includes capturing key moments of the wedding day and providing select content within 24 hours. A 2-3 minute social media reel within 72 hours..

Meeting: A face-to-face or online meeting will be scheduled 4 weeks before the wedding day to discuss details and preferences for both photography, videography and content creation.

Cost: £2,250.00

Duration: 9 hours of attendance on the wedding day, covering photography, videography and content creation.

Booking Process:

• Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to the completion of the online booking form and the payment of the required booking fee.
• Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required to secure the booking.
• Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the wedding date

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation by the Client: In the event of cancellation by the client, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• Cancellation by the Photographer: In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to perform the services, all efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement photographer. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided to the client.

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling by the Client: Clients may request to reschedule the agreed date subject to availability. Any rescheduling requests should be made at least 30 days before the original booking date.

Additional Charges:

• Travel Expenses: Travel expenses may apply for locations outside the standard service area. These will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before the booking is confirmed.
• Overtime: Additional hours beyond the agreed coverage will be charged at an hourly rate of £100.00, payable on the day of the event.

Image Delivery, Selection, and Retouching.

• Delivery Timeframe: Edited images and films will be delivered within 4 weeks from the wedding date. Any delays will be communicated to the client.
• Image Selection: The photographer will select the best images for editing and delivery. Clients may not request specific unedited images.
• Retouching: The Photographer retains all creative and technical rights to the retouching of images. While the Client may make reasonable retouching requests, the Photographer has sole discretion in deciding what adjustments are made. Unreasonable retouching requests may be declined. The final images delivered reflect the Photographer’s professional judgment and style.

Copyright and Usage:
The Photographer retains copyright to all images and films.
The Client is granted personal use rights to the images.
The Photographer may use images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the Client.

• Personal Use and Printing Rights: Clients are granted full personal use and printing rights for the images provided.
• Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the images requires prior written consent from the photographer.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the party’s reasonable control.

Agreement:

By filling out your name and date below confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Contract in its entirety and serves as your electronic signature.
