Tony Davies Weddings is a trading name of Pepperbox Design Ltd.

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on [Date signed below], between Tony Davies Weddings (“Videographer”) and (“Client” name signed below), collectively referred to as “Parties”.

Agreement
The Parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract for wedding videography as defined below.

Services to Be Provided
Tony Davies Weddings agrees to provide the following videography services:

Package – The Big Day + Highlights:
All day coverage from preparations through to first dance.
5-6 minute Highlights Film.
20-25 minute Feature Film.
Full Ceremony & Speeches.
Drone Footage. (weather and venue permitting)
Online streaming of your wedding via phone, tablet and smart TV.

Cost: £2,000.00

Duration: 9 hours of attendance on the wedding day.

Booking Process:

• Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to the completion of the online booking form and the payment of the required booking fee.
• Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required to secure the booking.
• Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the wedding date.

Cancellation Policy

• By Client: The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as this secures the wedding date exclusively in the Videographer’s diary and covers administration and pre-wedding preparation work.
  In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following charges will apply:
  
  
  • • Cancellation within 14 days of the wedding date: Full remaining balance payable.
      
      
• By Videographer: In the unlikely event that the Videographer is unable to perform the services due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond their control, all reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, all monies paid, including the booking fee, will be refunded in full to the Client. Liability is limited to the return of monies paid.

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling by the Client: Clients may request to reschedule the agreed date subject to availability. Any rescheduling requests should be made at least 30 days before the original booking date.

Additional Charges:

• Travel Expenses: Travel expenses may apply for locations outside the standard service area. These will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before the booking is confirmed.
• Overtime: Additional hours beyond the agreed coverage will be charged at an hourly rate of £100.00, payable on the day of the event.

Delivery and Video Selection.

• Delivery Timeframe: The Videographer agrees to deliver the final edited film within 6 weeks of the wedding date.
• Video Selection: The Videographer will select the best video clips for editing and delivery. The Client may not request specific unedited or raw video footage.

Music and Copyright Responsibility:

The Client understands that any mainstream music included in their wedding film is intended for private use only. If the Client chooses to upload or share the video on public platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, etc.), the Client is solely responsible for any copyright issues that may arise, including potential claims or penalties related to the music used. The Photographer/Videographer is not liable for any copyright disputes or takedowns that may result from public sharing.

Copyright and Usage.

• The Videographer retains copyright to all footage.
• The Client is granted personal use rights to the films.
• The videographer may use films for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the Client.

• Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the films requires prior written consent from the videographer.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the party’s reasonable control.
