Tony Davies Weddings is a trading name of Pepperbox Design Ltd.

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on [Date signed below], between Tony Davies Weddings (“Photographer”) and (“Client” name signed below), collectively referred to as “Parties”.

Agreement
The Parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract for wedding photography, videography and content creation services, as defined below.

Services to Be Provided
Tony Davies Weddings agrees to provide the following services:

Package – Combo 2

Photography: Full-day coverage from preparations to a few songs after the first dance, including 500+ high-resolution edited images, downloadable online gallery, and full personal use and printing rights.

Videography: Videography – A 3-5 minute film containing the best clips from the day with music. Separate full ceremony and speeches film. Presented on a personalised gallery ready to view, share and download.

Cost: £2,000.00

Meeting: A face-to-face or online meeting will be scheduled 4 weeks before the wedding day to discuss the day in detail.

Duration: Maximum 9 hours of attendance on the wedding day, covering photography and videography.

Location: This package provides coverage at one wedding venue only. Multiple locations are not included unless agreed in writing in advance.

Booking Process

• Booking Confirmation: Subject to completing the booking form and paying the booking fee.
• Booking Fee: £200 non-refundable, required to secure the booking.
• Payment: Remaining balance due no later than 14 days before the wedding date.

Cancellation Policy

• By Client: The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as this secures the wedding date exclusively in the Photographer’s diary and covers administration and pre-wedding preparation work.
  In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following charges will apply:
  
  
  • • Cancellation within 14 days of the wedding date: Full remaining balance payable.
      
      
• By Photographer: In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to perform the services due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond their control, all reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, all monies paid, including the booking fee, will be refunded in full to the Client. Liability is limited to the return of monies paid.

Rescheduling

• By Client: Requests must be made at least 30 days before the original booking date, subject to availability.

Additional Charges

• Travel: Costs may apply outside standard service area.
• Overtime: £100 per additional hour, payable on the event day.

Image/Film Delivery, Selection, and Retouching

• Delivery Timeframe: Edited images and films will be delivered within 6 weeks from the wedding date. Any delays will be communicated to the client.
• Image/Clip Selection: The photographer will select the best images/clips for editing and delivery. Clients may not request specific unedited images/clips.
• Retouching: The Photographer retains all creative and technical rights to the retouching of images. While the Client may make reasonable retouching requests, the Photographer has sole discretion in deciding what adjustments are made. Unreasonable retouching requests may be declined. The final images delivered reflect the Photographer’s professional judgment and style.

Music and Copyright Responsibility
The Client understands that any mainstream music included is for private use only. If the Client shares the video publicly (social media, YouTube, etc.), the Client accepts responsibility for copyright issues. The Photographer/Videographer is not liable for takedowns or disputes.

Copyright and Usage

• The Photographer retains copyright to all images and films.
• Client receives personal use rights.
• The Photographer may use images and films for promotional purposes.

Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the images/film requires prior written consent from the photographer.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the party’s reasonable control.
