Tony Davies Films is a trading name of Pepperbox Design Ltd.

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on [Date signed below], between Tony Davies Films (“Photographer”) and (“Client” name signed below), collectively referred to as “Parties”.

Agreement
The Parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract for wedding photography and content creation services, as defined below.

Services to Be Provided
Tony Davies Films agrees to provide the following services:

Photography: Full-day coverage from preparations to a few songs after the first dance, including 500+ high-resolution edited images, and venue drone shots (weather & venue permitting). Presented on a personalised gallery ready to view, share and download, with full personal use and printing rights.

Content Creation: Real-time or near-real-time creation and sharing of select photos and/or video clips suitable for social media platforms. This includes capturing key moments of the wedding day and providing select content within 24 hours. A 2–3 minute social media reel will be delivered within 72 hours.

Meeting: A face-to-face or online meeting will be scheduled 4 weeks before the wedding day to discuss details and preferences for both photography and content creation.

Cost: £1,600.00

Duration: Maximum 9 hours of attendance on the wedding day, covering photography and content creation.

Booking Process

• Booking Confirmation: Subject to completion of the online booking form and payment of the booking fee.
• Booking Fee: £200 non-refundable, required to secure the booking.
• Payment: Remaining balance due no later than 14 days before the wedding date.

Cancellation Policy

• By Client: Booking fee is non-refundable.
• By Photographer: In the unlikely event the Photographer is unable to perform, all efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement. If not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Rescheduling

• By Client: Requests must be made at least 30 days before the original booking date, subject to availability.

Additional Charges

• Travel: Expenses may apply for locations outside the standard service area and will be confirmed in advance.
• Overtime: £100 per additional hour, payable on the event day.

Image Delivery, Selection, and Retouching

• Delivery Timeframe: Edited images will be delivered within 4 weeks of the wedding date. Content Creator images and clips will be provided via download link within 24 hours of the wedding ending. The social media reel will be delivered within 72 hours. Any delays will be communicated.
• Image Selection: The Photographer will select the best images for editing and delivery. No unedited images will be provided.
• Retouching: The Photographer retains all creative and technical rights to retouching. Reasonable requests may be considered, but the Photographer has sole discretion. The final images reflect the Photographer’s professional judgment and style.

Copyright and Usage

• The Photographer retains copyright to all images and films.
• The Client is granted full personal use and printing rights.
• The Photographer may use images for promotional purposes.
• Commercial Use: Any commercial use requires prior written consent from the Photographer.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Agreement
